    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    At Norrgavel we take care of our surroundings. We have therefore chosen not to include physical return labels in the orders we deliver - since these are most often not used anyway.

    As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of stock items (ie items with a delivery time of 3-5 days) within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to make a return of your received goods, please follow the instructions below.

    Return instructions:
    - Fill in the return form at the bottom of the delivery note
    - Pack the item(s) you wish to return. Note that the item(s) must be in original condition.
    - Put down the return form and store the package well.
    - For danish customers: visit this page to create a QR code that you then show to your post office agent.
    - For finnish customers: visit this page to create a QR code that you then show to your post office agent.
    The postal agent will then help you print a shipping label that enables a return of your order.

    When you use the right of cancellation, the customer are responsible for the return shipping. When we receive your return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Refunds are made after the return has been received using the same payment method that was used when you placed your order. Please note that it may take up to 14 days after we receive your return before it is processed.


    How do I know my return has been processed?

    When we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The email contains information about your return and refund.


    How do I return an item that requires a different transport than agent?

    If you wish to make a return of goods that cannot be left to an agent, please contact us at and we will help you with the booking of your return shipping.
