Tempera: Egg-oil tempera creates a completely matte, vibrant surface where the color interacts with light and develops a beautiful patina over time.

Varnish: Varnished surfaces create a more sealed and durable finish on top of the wood, providing extra protection against spills and wear, as well as a more uniform and modern look.
