Decide whether you prefer smooth doors or frosted glass, or if drawers might better meet your storage needs. Combine different wood types and finishes to create a media unit that perfectly harmonises with your decor. Whether you want your TV on the unit or mounted on the wall, ensure you choose one that fits its dimensions.

Opal media bench: Made from birch plywood and MDF with careful environmental consideration. It is equipped with cut-outs for wires and cables in the back panel for easy installation.

Massive media bench: Made from high-quality birch in long lengths, almost entirely free of knots. It also has cut-outs for wires and cables in the back panel for smooth connection.

miniMassive shelf: A compact option, made from high-quality birch in full lengths, almost entirely free of knots. A basic module for building your media bench.

Doors and drawers

In the next step, you can customise your media bench by selecting doors and drawers that suit your home and needs. You have the option to choose between plain doors or frosted glass to create the desired aesthetic. Additionally, you can choose between drawers with cut-outs or plain drawers to personalise your media bench with different types of knobs or handles.

Surface treatment

Then it's time to give your bench the perfect surface treatment that suits you and your home. Depending on the model you've chosen, we offer various options to ensure your furniture becomes both beautiful and durable.

For the Opal model, we offer a wide range of colours in our water-based lacquer, providing a smooth and modern finish with a subtle eggshell sheen. This surface treatment gives your sideboard a minimalist and sleek look, and is also applied internally behind the doors for a cohesive finish.

For the Massiv and miniMassiv models, you can choose birch treated with soap, oil, white oil, or painted with eco-friendly egg oil tempera. These options allow you to personalise your sideboard according to your preferences. The surface treatment is also applied internally behind the doors to ensure a uniform and consistent finish.

Top surface and shelves

In the next step, you are presented with a range of choices when it comes to the treatment of shelves and the top surface.

For the Opal model, we offer various options for the top surface: solid birch, solid oak, or MDF, which is lacquered to create a glossy and elegant finish.

For the Massiv and miniMassiv models, you have the opportunity to customise your furniture even further according to your personal style. Choose from treatments such as soap, oil, white oil, or painting with environmentally friendly egg tempera to give your furniture the perfect look. And don’t forget, we also take care of the inside of your furniture – the same treatment is applied internally behind the doors for a consistent finish.

Regardless of the model you choose, we also offer the option to include shelves made of solid, knot-free birch or oak, which can also be replaced with elegant glass shelves if you wish (glass shelves are not available for miniMassiv).

For those who opt for the MiniMassiv model, we also offer the option to create your furniture without shelves if you prefer a more minimalist and streamlined design.

Base

Now that your media unit is taking shape, it's time to choose the perfect finishing touches to complete your piece.

For the Opal model, you have a variety of options to choose from: you can mount it on the wall for an airy feel, place it securely on a plinth for a sturdy base, or choose between elegant turned legs in oak or birch. Alternatively, you can opt for a modern metal leg frame for an industrial touch, or make it extra mobile with wheels.

The Massiv series offers similar choices, where you can choose to mount it on the wall to save floor space, place it on a stable plinth, or select turned legs in oak or birch. Additionally, the legs can be painted with egg tempera to match your other furnishings. You can also choose wedge-shaped legs painted with egg tempera for a more traditional look. For an industrial feel, you can select a metal leg frame or make it extra easy to move with wheels.

The MiniMassiv also offers flexibility in the finishes. You can choose to mount it on the wall to save space, place it on a plinth for stability, or choose wedge-shaped legs painted with egg tempera for a sleek touch. For a more modern look, you can also opt for a metal leg frame.
