Cutting & splitting of shelves
Would you like a different size to our standard lengths? With the optional
Cutting & splitting of shelfs, we offer precision cutting to create a solution tailored to your home and your needs.
Cutting means that the shelf is cut along the short side to adjust the length and make the shelf shorter.
Splitting means that the shelf is split along the long side to adjust the depth and make the shelf narrower.
The price is for one cut. If you require multiple cuts or customisation of several shelves, you will need to add one option per cut. We cut the shelves with straight cuts at a 90-degree angle and with great precision at our production facility in Lammhult. The cut edges are lightly sanded to achieve a smoother finish.
Please note that Rounded Shelves can only be split along the depth.

How to order:
1. Choose whether you want the wood cut to size or split.
2. Add the product to your basket along with the shelves you want cut to size. If you require multiple cuts, you will need to add the required number to your basket.
3. Complete your order as usual at the checkout.
4. Then send an email to care@norrgavel.com with your order number and the desired dimensions for the shelves to be cut.
5. We will then customise your shelves before the order is dispatched from our production facility in Lammhult.
Please note!
We only cut to dimensions specified in whole centimetres.
Shelves with rounded corners can only be split along the depth.
Custom-made shelves are manufactured to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned.
Offcuts can be included with your order if you wish!
